The General Manager

He controls the entire campus support and administrative activities. On matters related to infra structure, civil projects, equipment purchase, service and all workers related issues, GM can be contacted.

The Bursar

He oversees all Education Board related matters, certificates, staff and student related admin matters. He may be contacted for the following,

School Certificates / CBSE Certificates
Accounting and Billing particulars
Internal Bank (IB) Account
Payment and Banking matters

The Administrative Officer

The most crucial role of providing a ‘Single-Window’ contact point for Parents / guardians to get in touch with the school on all matters concerning their child is done by the “AO”. The Administrative Officer can be contacted for anything and everything related to students on campus

Secretary to Senior Principal

The Senior Principal is the administrative head, he can be contacted for anything and everything related to SJIRS.To aid in with correct guidance and appointments Senior Principal’s secretary has to be contacted first.

The Other Departments

There are a host of other departments like Purchase, Finance and Accounts, Materials, Travel Desk, and on.All departments can be contacted through the Front Desk at the Corporate office.
