PLEASE NOTE:
For effective reach and desired action follow the instructions given below,
Mention the Designation of the person who should see your email clearly in the SUBJECT BOX. Nothing else please!
Mention the core issue / matter as the very first HEADER even before you type in the actual content
Over all guideline:
In the SUBJECT BOX of the email mention,
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER for all student related issues
PRINCIPAL for all purely academic issues
FINANCE / ACCOUNTS for all finance and accounts issues
GENERAL MANAGER for all civil, service, maintenances issues
SENIOR PRINCIPAL for employment, confidential matters, policy matters, grievances, special requests, etc,
