The non-teaching members of staff at SJIRS hold very important responsibilities. The teaching and learning process happen as the core essential activity on campus. A very dynamic process of support and facilitating MUST happen ten fold larger than teaching to ensure efficient running of the academic domain.

From the General Manager to the menial contract labourer all administrative, technical, hospitality, medical, transport and skilled personnel come under the category of Non-Teaching Staff.

Members of SJIRS non-teaching staff stand apart from any other office staff outside in many respects. The corporate office functions from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. however; the work feature cannot be confined to strict timings. Our staff members on their own initiative work on flexi hours taking time enough for personal chores and never hesitate to work long hours when required. Moreover, most of the Members of the staff are resident on campus. They enjoy all common facility available on campus and are given a compulsory day-off once a week. The school takes pleasure in offering free boarding, lodging and basic medical care to all resident non-teaching staff.
